What is Skori?

Skori is a food scanner app that helps you make healthier choices. Scan any product barcode to see its health score, nutrition breakdown, additives, and processing level.

How does the scoring work?

Skori uses a composite scoring system (0-100) based on Nutri-Score V2 nutrition analysis, additive risk assessment, NOVA food processing level, and organic certification. Higher scores indicate healthier products.

Is Skori medical advice?

No. Skori provides informational scores based on publicly available nutritional data. Scores are algorithmic opinions, not medical advice or health assessments. Always consult a healthcare professional for dietary guidance.

A product I scanned is not in the database. What can I do?

You can add the product yourself by tapping "Add Product" when the scanner shows "Product not found." Take photos of the barcode, nutrition label, and ingredients list, and we'll add it to our database.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings > Edit Profile > Delete Account. Your data will be permanently removed. You can also visit our account deletion page for more details.

What languages does Skori support?

Skori supports English and Arabic, including full right-to-left (RTL) layout for Arabic users.

How do I report incorrect product information?

In the app, go to Settings > Report a Problem, or email us at support@skoriapp.com with the product barcode and a description of the issue.
