Account Deletion Instructions

Delete your account in the app
1. Open the Skori app and sign in.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Open Edit Profile.
4. Tap Delete Account.
5. Confirm the request and complete re-authentication if prompted.
Your account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
If you cannot access the app
Send an email to support@skoriapp.com with the subject: "Account Deletion Request".
Please include:
• The email linked to your Skori account
• Your sign-in method (Email, Google, or Apple)
We will process manual deletion requests as soon as possible.
Data deleted automatically when you delete your account
• Authentication account (Firebase Auth)
• Profile record under your user account
• Saved products list
• Scan history
Data that may need manual removal
Some submitted content may remain after account deletion unless you request full cleanup by email, including:
• Reports you submitted
• Product submissions you created
• Stored AI conversation history
If you want these removed too, include this request in your email.
Processing time
In-app account deletion is immediate after successful confirmation.
Manual deletion requests are typically completed within 30 days.
